This Privacy Notice discloses the privacy practices of MollyReins.com. This website does not collect personally identifiable information, except that which is voluntarily and purposefully provided by the user as outlined below. By voluntarily providing such information, the user consents to its use in the manner described in this policy. If contacted, we may use your information (email address, etc.) to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide any personally identifiable information to any third parties, except as specifically provided below.
The two aspects of this website that may collect voluntarily-provided personally identifiable information from users are:
1. CASTING APPLICATIONS:
Individuals interested in appearing in The Chronicles of Molly Reins photographic screenplay production will be asked to voluntarily provide personally identifiable information in the form of an email application so that the applicant can be considered and contacted if necessary. The initial information requested from the applicant is the minimum deemed necessary to consider the application. As such, the initial screening application does not request last names, street addresses, or exact dates of birth. If an applicant is selected for possible inclusion in the production, further information will be requested. Applications will be kept for up to two years, and then deleted. Application information is protected, is stored securely on reputable third party servers, and is maintained only for internal use. If an applicant wishes to have their application deleted prior to two years, the applicant should e-mail their request, including identifying information and the approximate date the original application was submitted, and the application will be deleted and removed from consideration.
Casting applications for individuals under 18 years old must include their parent or adult guardian’s contact information (first name and phone number). If the applicant is selected for a possible role, initial contact will be made with the applicant’s parent or guardian. If the parent or guardian cannot be contacted with the information provided, the applicant will be passed over.
Casting applications for individuals under 13 years old must be submitted by their parent or guardian. Please note that The Chronicles of Molly Reins story is for a mature teen or adult audience, and is not appropriate for those 12 years of age or younger. If this photographic screenplay was a theatrical release it would likely be rated PG-13. Though there are some roles for individuals 12 years of age or younger, such applications must be submitted by the applicant’s parent or guardian and all contacts will only be with the parent or guardian. Any application suspected of having been submitted by someone 12 years of age or younger will immediately be deleted.
2. FAN SUBMISSIONS:
Individuals may submit art or photographs, with the intent that they be posted publicly on the website in the fan (“Disciples”) section. Such submissions are made solely at the option and pleasure of the sender, and with the understanding that posted submissions are accessible by third parties that are outside the control of this website and for which this website is not responsible. From time to time, small prizes, such as gift certificates, may be offered for particularly creative submissions. All decisions regarding whether to post a submission or offer a prize are made at the sole discretion of the website manager. Individuals whose unpaid submissions were posted may request via e-mail at any time to have those submissions removed from the website and deleted.
Fan submission may only be submitted by those 13 years of age or older. Items submitted by anyone suspected of being 12 years of age or younger will immediately be deleted. Minimal information will be requested from a submitter, to include first name, age, and e-mail address.
